Teresa Blythe is a spiritual director and writer from Tucson, AZ. She is author of 50 Ways to Pray: Practices from Many Traditions and Times and co-author of Meeting God in Virtual Reality: Using Spiritual Practices with Media. Teresa is also the director of the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction at the Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks outside Tucson and is a frequent conference and workshop speaker on the topics of prayer, discernment and organizational spiritual direction. She is a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ (UCC) of Tucson.
