October 2013 Overview
Push the Envelope
Aquarius October Horoscope

Your keen intelligence normally gives you a higher-than-average degree of certainty about what you know. A couple of key events this month, however, may raise questions for which you don't have the answers.
The Libra New Moon in your 9th House of Big Ideas on October 4 is bent by stressful squares to Pluto and Jupiter and shocked by an incendiary opposition to Uranus. While the upside could be the sudden revelation of the meaning of life -- or at least of your life -- you're more likely to see your perspective on the future shaken and stirred. If you're able to let go of old concepts, you could receive a heavy download of useful insights.
Adaptability is also a must with the last of three Saturn-Uranus quincunxes happening on October 5. This oil-and-water mix of duty and freedom occurred on November 15, 2012, and April 12, throwing you curveballs that you can finally hit out of the park.
The impulsive Aries Lunar Eclipse on October 18 falls in your 3rd House of Information, interrupting patterns of communication and learning. If you've rushed into a class or a relationship too quickly, you may need to go back and fill in some critical details before you can get back in gear. Trickster Mercury's switch from forward to reverse on October 21 takes this theme of tying up loose ends to the next level.
The messenger planet is retrograde in your 10th House of Career until November 10, possibly hindering professional activities with delays and miscommunications. This is your chance to do some serious research, reconnect with people from the past, and prepare for a new project at work. —Tarot.comPREVIOUS MONTHNEXT MONTH

Ascension, or sometimes called the Shift, seems to be a buzz word that isn’t just circulating around yoga classes, meditation circles or trendy coffee houses. It’s expanded from the spiritual gurus into mainstream society. Both terms are often misunderstood and considered new-agey and woo-woo when, in reality, ascension is merely a fancy word for change. We all have intuition. Every single one of us. It doesn’t mean that you have to hang up a flashy ‘Psychic’ sign on your office door, but you can if you want. Intuition comes from within us, around us and from past experiences. It is supposed to teach us what to do and where to [Read More...]
(The following is a portion of a lecture channeled by Paul Selig in Boulder, Colorado in December, 2013) The environment you stand in is simply a reflection of how you know yourself. This is a growth from 15% to 20% of the population in just five years, and [Read More...]
