October 2013 Overview
Resistance Is Futile
Pisces October Horoscope
by Jeff Jawer
Relationships remain front and center this month; brace yourself for power struggles, breakthroughs, and significant discoveries in both personal and professional alliances. The action begins when the ambivalent Libra New Moon on October 4 falls in your 8th House of Deep Sharing, provoking partnership problems.
This Sun-Moon conjunction opposes independent Uranus while it squares manipulative Pluto and opinionated Jupiter, turning minor differences into major events. Buttons are pushed that could blow up an existing union or, hopefully, blast away obstacles that have kept it from reaching its highest potential.
Your professional work receives a boost from your skills of artful persuasion when vibrant Venus moves into outgoing Sagittarius and your 10th House of Career on October 7. Efficiency is essential with Mars' shift into competent Virgo and your 7th House of Others on October 15. It's a day that could see you striving for perfection or working with overcritical colleagues. Your best chance for success is to be perfectly clear about your intentions and conscientious in your actions.
Money matters could come to a head with the impulsive Aries Full Moon Lunar Eclipse shining in your 2nd House of Income on October 18. If you recently rushed into a financial commitment, it may be cheaper to back out of it now than to push your luck. Economic independence is an admirable goal, yet this lunation suggests that you shouldn't try to go it alone.
In fact, trickster Mercury's retrograde turn on October 21 is another sign that you'll need to reassess recent decisions during the next three weeks. The Sun's shift into incisive Scorpio and your 9th House of Adventure on October 23 means you must eliminate ideas and activities before you can head in an inspiring new direction. —Tarot.comPREVIOUS MONTHNEXT MONTH

We all have intuition. Every single one of us. It doesn’t mean that you have to hang up a flashy ‘Psychic’ sign on your office door, but you can if you want. Intuition comes from within us, around us and from past experiences. It is supposed to teach us what to do and where to [Read More...]
(The following is a portion of a lecture channeled by Paul Selig in Boulder, Colorado in December, 2013) The environment you stand in is simply a reflection of how you know yourself.
