This is the second of a four-part interview with Matt Chandler. At Together For the Gospel, Chandler began his talk by claiming to be a reformed charismatic. After Grudem’s recent interview on this subject at New Word Alive, I was eager to ask Matt just what he meant by this, as there is a broad spectrum of people who would describe themselves as charismatic.
