Matt Chandler on why he IS friends with his staff

Many people argue that a church pastor should not be friends with his fellow leaders on staff. This is largely because of the risk of being betrayed, as well as the challenge of ensuring your friends are working hard for the church. Chandler disagrees in this final segment of our four-part interview, at least for himself.
