Is McDonalds Gagging Christians?

I am here in McDonalds using their excellent free WiFi while waiting to pick up my daughter from her small group. Imagine my surprise to notice no adverts on my site or any other site that uses the great Beacon Adverts service. I tried visiting the site to see if there was anything wrong. What I found disturbed me. McDonalds or their provider “The Cloud” are blocking the site! Here is their reason why:

Access Denied (content_filter_denied)

Your request was denied because of its content categorization: “Religion;Web Advertisements”

How long before sites like my own are added to the gag list that is their content filter? I know this is only a minor inconvenience at the moment, but the idea of blocking something because it is religious is chilling and sets a worrying precendent.

I do want to complain, and so far the only place I can find information is here, so on the basis of that I completed a form here. Maybe you might like to do the same?
