Dubai: A Halal Foodie’s Paradise

Dubai: A Halal Foodie’s Paradise February 10, 2017

I recently went on a family vacation to Dubai and stayed there for a little over 2 weeks.  Dubai is known for many things, including extravagance as well as incompetence, but almost everyone agrees that it is one of the best places in the world for foodies.  Being a “Halal Foodie” myself (someone who only eats Halal food), I of course ate a bunch of American “Fast Food”, since I can rarely eat that here in the United States.  But I also tried a variety of ethnic foods from around the world such as homestyle Egyptian food, Yemeni, Turkish and Pakistani to name a few.  Of course I also had to spend a few bucks and try a Halal Wagyu Steak (well worth the money) from the Meat Co.  Anyways, I plan to do a more detailed post about my trip soon, but in the meantime, here is a photo gallery of some of my favorite places to eat in Dubai (to see more pics go to the Halal Fest Instagram page here):

Persian InstagramBanoo Persian Restaurant near the Dubai Marina. Very succulent and tender Kebabs! The view is nice too 🙂
