   I didn’t realize you and your wife were writing a fictional series. I’ll have to check it out.

   On a related note, could you recommend a book (that you wrote or from a different author) that deals with how Christians should view themselves knowing they live in a state of sin (missing the mark).

   I try to obey our Lord, but I don’t know that I have ever loved God with all of my heart, soul, mind, and strength; I don’t even know if I can. God knows my limitations but He also knows my laziness. I know I am His child, I know He loves me, but what does He think about the fact that I may continue sinning (missing the mark) until I die?

   Hi Peter: Why not start with Kierkegaard’s famous book on Purity of the Heart.
