Help Stop the “Abortion Supermarket”

Help Stop the “Abortion Supermarket” October 30, 2014

yeson1Women and unborn children in Tennessee need your help.

Election Day is next week. Even though it’s not my home state, I can’t help share about the epic battle going down in Tennessee.

In 2000, the Tennessee Supreme Court got rid of basic protection for the health and safety of women and girls thinking about abortion. That made abortions more available in Tennessee than almost any other state – and a lot more than required by Roe v. Wade.

Now, Tennessee gets huge numbers of women from other states because abortions aren’t as regulated, and there’s no waiting period. Some abortion clinics aren’t even licensed or held to safety standards. That makes it super dangerous for these women!

If you don’t believe me, just watch this ad:

(Even the media and the state Health Department said “statements in that ad are true and factual.”)

That gives me goosebumps.

But I’m not here just to give bad news. Pro-lifers have been fighting ever since that crazy ruling, and finally, Amendment 1 is on the ballot in Tennessee. It would open the door for informed consent for women and girls thinking about abortion, inspection and regulation of abortion clinics, and requiring hospitalization for later term abortions.

This thing needs to pass!

Planned Parenthood already has people from all over the country calling Tennesseans and telling then to vote No. They’re funded by the abortion industry to confuse people about what Amendment 1 is. We’ve got to spread the truth.

Can you help me out? There’s only a few days left until November 4. If you know someone in Tennessee, make sure they know about this important vote! If you live in Tennessee, Vote YES on 1!
