Donald Trump has America’s back and my mom was never more convinced of that than after spending an afternoon with him and Melania at Trump Tower.
It was back in 2011, during a road trip to historic locations around America in the family motorhome. While visiting the Statue of Liberty in New York City, mom, my grandparents, and Piper were invited to Trump Tower to visit with Mr. Trump and his wife. It was that visit, she said, that convinced her that Trump is with us.
There’s a lot of details about their meeting and the story shows lots of pictures from that day. Mom said Trump made our family feel right at home. Trump took time to show Piper the beautiful NYC skyline from his penthouse window and discussed witnessing the tragedy of 9/11 from that very spot. Later, they all had a good laugh when the press followed them around outside, even as they sat down to eat a slice of New York pizza.
But it was in those moments that Trump’s love for our country really shined. He has America’s back and the Palins are behind him 100%. Like my mom said:
Tonight, you will hear from the Donald Trump I know. The GOP nominee; a man who cares about you, your family, your business, our country. He’s locked arms with us, America. Trump is with us.
Proud to support our next President and First Lady, I look forward to him accepting the people’s nomination tonight. I truly believe this is our last best hope to unify, and Make America Great Again!
