Apocalypse Mini-Cast with Jason Boyett (Homebrewed CultureCast)

In a brief mini-cast, Christian and Jordan welcome Jason Boyett to the show. The talk primarily revolves around the impending end of the world. Since he authored Pocket Guide to 2012 and Pocket Guide to the Apocalypse, Jason is clearly an expert on the subject.

They discuss the odds of the world ending today (12.21.2012), the ways in which we could die (Yellowstone National Park blowing up, asteroids, etc.), and why people are so obsessed with the end of the world in the first place.

They also chat about Jason’s memoir, “O Me of Little Faith,” about how he’s gone from a culture of religious certainty to being far more comfortable with doubt, mystery and not having all of the answers.
