About the artist:
Digital fantasy artist Angelique Mroczka was born February 25, 1982 in Anchorage, Alaska. She also lived in Lafayette, Louisiana and Cleveland, Ohio before finally settling in with husband Scott and their two dogs, Evy and Hunter, in Houston, Texas. She is a self-taught artist, bringing her unique perspective and inspiration to life on the computer screen.Angelique has been creating digital art since 2004, but pursuing her art as a career is a relatively new step for her. Her work can be found on Angelique Art, DeviantArt.com and ArtWanted.com. Prints, apparel and other merchandise featuring her artwork are available on CafePress, Zazzle and Etsy.
Angelique uses many different software programs to create her fantastical images. Her favorite tool by far is Poser, but she also uses DAZ|Studio, Carrara and Bryce. Future plans include adding Vue to her artistic repertoire, allowing her to creating even more realistic landscapes for her characters.
