Samantha from Bewitched was the first witch I've ever seen, when I was a seven-year-old girl, I wanted to be like her!
I also love Gillian & Sally, the witch sisters in Practical Magic.Wow, I went to their Etsy shop, their signs are really amazing! I'd love to get this one, Black Hat Convention, that would be great!
It is a no contest type thing here for me It is the Halliwell witches from Charmed. But I couldn’t pick just one..
I’m going to pick Piper Halliwell. Even though I’m named after Sabrina the Teenage Witch, the show just didn’t do it for me. I wanted to name my daughter Piper, but I had picked a middle name years before her birth and with her last name it would have spelled P-E-E! Instead, my kids are TEE and HEE, and that wasn’t even on purpose!

I really love Endora from Bewitched and Gillian Owens from Practical Magic. When I watched Bewitched as a kid I always pretended to be Endora simply because she was strong and spoke her mind. Gillian Owens just reminds me of me and some of the messes I had gotten myself into in the past. I just never poisoned anyone. LOL I always had a thing for the “bad/misunderstood” type people.
I LOVE the all the goodies from The Homespun Raven.. too amazing! My favorite movie witch of all time is Miss Sally Owens! With the Charmed Ones coming in a close second (Sooo.. would the Charmed Ones count as 1 or 3.. lol).Hugs ~Sage

I just can’t stand being left out of the “name your favorite witch”, so I’m just butting in to say, crazily enough, my favorite movie witch is Nancy Downs from The Craft! Crazy, crazy Nancy! Not a good witch, that’s for sure, but I just love her warm, gooey, center of crazy!
There are so many choices…lol I’m going to go with Willow from BtVS.
Favorite witch? That’s a tough one. Only one? Hmmmmm…..Since Practial Magic is one of my all time favorite movies I’m going to have to say Sally Owens! But I love her Aunts, too! I better stop now before I list more!

Thats a hard one to choose just 1 Witch!My ultimate fave would be Sally Owens from Practical Magic.Others include: and I'm partial to Villains because they're costumes/make-up is cool!Malificient "Sleeping Beauty" – loved the costume & Raven companion.Aunts Jet & Frances of "Practical Magic" because of the Midnight Margaritas & Brownies for Breakfast! Who wouldn't love them!
I love the aunts from Practical Magic. They knew when to let their nieces get on with things, and when to step in and help.
I never really thought about who my favorite witch wad before. It’s a hard choice! I think I have to go with Glenda the Good Witch from Wizard of Oz. I loved that movie so much when I was little!
I really got into HEX when it was on BBC America, so I would have to say that Cassie, from HEX, it my favorite TV witch.I really like the movie “The Craft”. I really liked Robin Tunney’s character, Sarah.
