Good Monday morning! After a hastily put together Thanksgiving dinner, a kid sick with strep and a four day weekend, everything is finely back to normal and on the mend. Well, as “normal” as it ever gets around Chateau Bradley, lol!
If you haven’t already, be sure to check out all the shops offering sales – some go on until December!
I haven’t been on much this week, as I’ve been busy at home and spending some time getting the blog updated. One page I’ve been working on is the Pagan Finder. If you haven’t signed up and would like to, just leave a comment to the post, email me your info, or fill out the contact form and I’ll add you on to the listing! I’ve also been updating the links on my directories (listings of posts on cooking and magic), so be sure to check them out to see the new listings!
December 1st will be bringing a few new things to the blog – first up, I’ll be doing a daily magical correspondence post, which will include the basics for each day (color, moon phase, plant, incense, etc.) that I’ve found in books and also a daily listing of what magical work is best done on that day of the week. Associated with that will be a “Point to Ponder”, which will hopefully get you thinking about how to incorporate that work into your day, if it’s appropriate to you! Each day will also have a tip or link, depending on the day of the week: Monday is domestic witchery, Tuesday is for relationships, Wednesday is a self-pampering day, Thursday will sport a link to a domestic website, Friday is gardening, Saturday is for herbs and Sunday will have links or info that are kid related. Hope you enjoy them! To start getting in the spirit, check out my December post.
And of course there will still be my regular posts. I was hoping to do 21 days of Yule cookies, but, alas, time ran short and my baking has not taken off as I’d hoped. But I will be doing many cookie recipes, mixed in with some articles for/about Yule, including ideas for putting together reasonably priced gift baskets (some Pagany, some mundane).
Hope you are all off to a great start to your weeks!
