Thanks for that :) I hadn't realised that there was a Friday the 13th in this month yet. Normally I don't realised till it's too late to sort anything out.

  2. And happy birthdays to one of mine and one of yours. Thanks for this calendar of events……The Olde Bagg

I love friday's the 13th, they have always been lucky for me.. This one however was meant to be my graduation cermony from University. At 36 I never thought I would finally finsh, however I will not be going as I broke my leg two months agon. Never mind. I get to celebrate with my friend instead. I must remember to send a present to my niece as this is her birthday tooThanks for adding the Southern Hemisphere it took years for me to figure out when they were in this Hemisphere it is nice to know that someone actually acknowledges the seasons are different in the two hemispheres.

Hi Tricia! Beltane is a sabbat of fertility and renewal. Here are a couple of good links that might be able to help: http://paganwiccan.about.com/od/beltanemayday/p/Beltane_History.htmhttp://www.sacred-texts.com/bos/bos032.htmhttp://celticarthistory.com/beltaine-or-beltane-history/
