It was a very long but very interesting day at the temple studies conference up at Utah State University in Logan.
Some have asked whether the proceedings of the conference will be made available. They will. But it’ll take at least a little while. And a few of the presenters — including, alas, your humble blogger — still haven’t even turned their papers in to the conference organizers. (Mine, though, is very close to final polish, so I hope to send it in soon.) The presentations were recorded, too, in video and in audio, but I don’t know what the plans are for the recording.
The conference was hosted, in conjunction with Professor Philip Barlow and the Religious Studies Program at Utah State, by the newly-formed Academy for Temple Studies, and the Academy will be announcing further developments on its website.
After attending to some business relating to Interpreter: A Journal of Mormon Scripture in Salt Lake City on the way back, we just got home.
