“Death rate from cancer now 25% lower than it was 25 years ago, report says”

There’s a virtually unending torrent of all kinds of bad news every day, and, more specifically, cancer is still a terrifying word.  (It’s hit our own neighborhood pretty hard over the past year or so, and I know of many families here and elsewhere who are sorrowing right now.)

But there are encouraging developments, too, and they shouldn’t be overlooked:

I’m told that I hate and fear science, but I rather like this trend.
