Still Here, For Now

As I mentioned earlier, yesterday was my official start date as a blogger for Big Think. However, it appears they’re not quite ready yet, so I’m going to continue blogging here for now. I’ll update with more information when I have it.

I went over to Big Think and was disappointed to find the performance slow and unresponsive on my iPad. Also I notice they break articles up into tiny chunks to give the illusion ov increased traffic by inflating page views. The article headings are provocative enough, but I’ll be danged if I am going to suffer through all the clicking (touching) and waiting to slog through it. E.g. The article on breaking the speed of light: good topic, I read about it days ago; maybe if it was more accessible on Big Think, I might consider reading it there.

It would be a shame to lose your voice over technical issues. I really hope they clean up their act.
