Here you have the classic Worldnutdaily bait and switch, an article at the very top of the front page labeled a “Worldnetdaily exclusive” with the headline “Obama hasn’t destroyed ‘that time of year,’ at least not yet…” (the headline was different once you clicked on the link). And what was the article about? Selling their Christmas junk.
Wow, really? You mean you’re exclusively trying to sell your merchandise, other “news outlets” aren’t clamoring to do so? I’m shocked. And as usual, the comments are amusing. A couple people even call them out for it, like this:
The link for this story was “Obama hasn’t destroyed ‘that time of year,’ at least not yet …” but this article doesn’t even mention Obama. Talk about pandering to the lowest denominator just for clicks.
Which prompted one of their clueless readers to respond:
If Obama remains in Office after the 2012 election you can bet this time of year of celebrating Jesus birth will be stomped on by the Muslim loving brother Obama… So, atleast WND tells it like it is – “Obama hasn’t destroyed ‘that time of year,’ at least not yet …”
I suddenly have a Kinks song in my head.
