Gov. Nathan Deal of Georgia has a brilliant idea to reduce health care costs: Let the poor die. He wants Congress to repeal the Reagan-era law requiring hospitals to treat someone in a medical emergency. Rachel Maddow rightly blasted him for this inhumane suggestion:
