Wiles: Christians Soon Arrested or Killed

Rick Wiles, the astonishingly far-right host of TruNews radio, is once again having dreams, undoubtedly at least moist, about the coming persecution of Christians. The persecution has begun, he declares, and it will soon lead to arrests and even death for the faithful.

The persecution against Christians in America has started. It won’t go away anytime soon. In fact, it will only worsen in the months and years to come. Any man or woman who dares to stand up against this tyranny is in danger of being smeared, arrested or possibly killed. Accusations of tax evasion and other crimes will be leveled against Christian leaders who refuse to shut up.

One of the most effective methods to deal with troublemakers is to set up that person so that he or she appears to be involved in a scandal. And with today’s technology, it is very easy to create images that look real. And you can hack into a computer and plant criminal evidence.

For people like Wiles, being persecuted has almost been fetishized. They don’t just predict it, they crave it. It will validate them. They’re so committed to it that when it never actually happens, they’ll happily invent it.

If I had to make a guess, I’d say that Wiles is probably worried that someone is about to discover all the pornography he has on his hard drive.

Hmmm…..This immediately makes me wonder what’s already on his computer. Will he soon be claiming that the lewd pics or animal porn were “planted.” Will he “plant” them himself to make his theory more credible? Stay tuned.

I know who slept with a man! I know who slept with a man!

Isn’t this the exact premise of the new Christian “movie” Persecuted? I was bored and watched the trailer and that is the plot of the movie. Maybe he saw it and thought it was a documentary?

It’s hard to be a Christian martyr without some sort of persecution. But he probably wouldn’t want to really be one anyway.

Well, the IRS has sorta promised to at least start investigatings of the tax exempt status of supposedly non-profit ministries that engage in political activities. Given its track record in this area, it’s unlikely that anyone will be charged with tax evasion or even have their non-profit status pulled.

Gosh, I see I’m not the only one who read that and thought something on the order of “I wonder how much child pornography he has stored in his computer”?

Lots and lots and lots, I suspect. All of it “planted” by CIA moles, I’m sure.

Dude is just teasing…it will never happen…and that is a great shame.

  • dugglebogey

100% chance this guy has child porn on his hard drive. He’s already making excuses for it, and he hasn’t even been busted yet.

Is it still martyrdom when you rent your own lions?

Another preemptive strike against criticism. Their bible has several instances of it. To me it’s more proof that the christian is less of a religion and more of a marketing campaign.

Christians – always showing the Masochistic heart of their death cult.

    appears…scandal?

Wiles doesn’t know what “scandal” means, does he?

You know how it is — he wants the credit for being a martyr but isn’t interested in actually becoming one. Like all the guys who want to get all the admiration for being great athletes but can’t be bothered to put down the nachos and beer to go the gym, but more so.

Chiroptera @ # 1: … someone is about to discover all the pornography hot emails/selfies/party pics he someone else has on his hard drive.

TruNews? Does the tru part mean it doesn’t have to be true? Anyone remember the gag from Cheers in which Norm and Cliff have “bif” and “loobster” at the Hungry Heifer?

As we used to say in my youth in Detroit:
