Wiles: Obama to Seize Homes of Conservatives, Give Them to Immigrants

Rick Wiles of TruNews radio really knows how to bring the stupid. On his show last week he responded to a guest having dreams of people having their homes seized as evidence for his own delusions on the same subject, saying that Obama is going to seize homes from conservatives and give them to undocumented immigrants.

On Friday’s edition of “Trunews,” host Rick Wiles spoke with guest Brett Creamer about a “series of dreams and visions” Creamer had “in which he saw a tsunami wave strike the southeastern United States, and the aftermath of an economic collapse in which private property is seized from middle-class homeowners and given to illegal immigrants.”

Wiles said that Creamer’s dreams confirmed his suspicions that Obama may one day seize all private property, especially the homes of conservatives, and hand over the land to undocumented immigrants.

“There’s a real possibility that all private property could be confiscated in the United States of America,” Wiles said. “Could it be hard for you to imagine Barack Obama taking homes from middle class, conservative people and giving them to illegal immigrants who just came into the country? That’s a no-brainer for me, that is a redistribution of wealth.”

Of course that’s a no-brainer for you, Rick. Your brain just doesn’t seem to work very well. It’s been pickled in the juices of bizarre conspiracy theories and far-right paranoia.

How do nut jobs like Wiles manage to have an audience?

We briefly had a version of Fox News in Canada called the Sun News Network. It was far more in touch with reality than Mr. Wiles’ political acid trips. Still, it could not scrape up enough audience to stay in business. It folded last week after nearly four years of money-losing public indifference.

The utter lunacy that somehow finds listeners on US talk radio is astonishing. I wish I could believe that its appeal was as comic Theatre of the Absurd, but even that would have grown dull long ago. I can’t help thinking a not-insignificant number of people take this shit seriously. The mind boggles. The stomach tightens.

Is it just illegal immigrants, or are atheists eligible too? I’d like to reserve a nice beachfront home.

Of course the authorities would have to go through the place searching out and confiscating all the hidden stashes of oxycodone first but Rush Limbaugh’s house would be a good place to start.

    Yeah, that was my thought.

We know Rick Wiles is a crackpot loon. No big deal, the US is full of them.

But who is bothering to take this nut seriously enough to make up an audience?

Yo!!! Calling all Rick Wiles fans!!! Do you really believe any of his reality free ravings?

(I tried this with Glenn Beckoids and got nothing. The only Beck fan I knew had an age related cognitive disorder and has quite literally now gone silent.)

I’m sure its on his agenda but he is a little backed up now, what with the on-going middle east cluster fuck, trying to keep WWIII from starting in the Ukraine, along with the usual presidential tasks. He’ll get to as soon as he has all the xtians rounded up and put into those FEMA camps, followed by the confiscation of everyone’s guns. Stay tuned…

…Obama is going to seize homes from conservatives and give them to undocumented immigrants.

Say it ain’t so! If we let that stand, who knows what will happen next? Next thing you know, we’ll see innocent people being driven out of their homes so their land can be given to companies who want the oil underneath it — oh wait…

They have been fed bullshit since birth – Jesus walked on water, a fish gave tax money to Peter, Lazarus rose from the dead. After accepting nonsense like that, the idea of getting your house confiscated is easy to believe.

ITS EVEN WORSE THAN HE SAYS!!! OBAMAS ALSO GOING TO LOOT AMERICAS FREEMARKET BUSINESSES FROM THE JOB CREATORS AND CONVERT ALL THE BUILDINGS TO MUSLIN CHURCHES!!! AND HELL “PAY” FOR IT ALL BY TAXING WHITE RETIREES AND LOOTING THEN SELLING THE GUNS OF WHITE MALES WITHOUT COLLEGE DIPLOMAS!!!

How about just seizing Wiles’s home and giving it to illegal immigrants? Just him. The subsequent wingnut head explosions could power the country for years.

Wiles said that Creamer’s dreams confirmed his suspicions

You use somebody’s dreams as “evidence”? … But … I mean … Don’t you understand … Oh, never mind, it’s too late.

  • Loqi

Wiles said that Creamer’s dreams confirmed his suspicions…

Yeah, some random guy had a dream about it, therefore it is confirmed as reality. Which raises lots of questions, actually. Such as how do lottery jackpots get so high with how many people win it every night? Or why aren’t classrooms filled with people in their underwear? And how does Beyonce find the time to make music with all those millions of sexual partners?

Or, in my case, why doesn’t my phone turn into a grilled cheese sandwich when I pull it out of my pocket? I’m fucking hungry and I want a sandwich!

While this would differ in details, it seems to me that there’s some slight notion of a plan like this – the meme going around that there are more empty houses than homeless people in the country. Of course, that’s just a liberal meme at the moment. But if it got traction among elected representatives, and if they were able to draft a bill to nationalize foreclosed properties, and if the numbers in Congress shifted so far to give such a bill a chance of passage, then taking empty houses away from banks and putting homeless people in them (probably including some number of immigrants, and even a few illegals through glitches in paperwork) would be close enough to Wiles’ rant to count as a “hit” for any competent psychic.

Yeah, it’s still a ridiculous notion…but I don’t think Wiles made up this bit of insanity entirely out of nothing.

Seems like a lot more Americans lost their homes under another president…

wreck@3–Creamer also ‘forsaw’ a tsunami. So you might want to rethink that beachfront home. :)

“series of dreams and visions” Creamer had…

Uh, isn’t Wiles a Christian minister? Isn’t he supposed to stay AWAY from what sounds like a stereotypical soothsayer?

Alaska? Sure, they get and have gotten tsunamis. Hawaii, same thing for different reasons (land slumps). California and the west coast generally, yes, tsunamis are possible. But the American southeast? It’s risk is low to very low (except for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands). Moreover, the historical evidence is that there has only been one event with a rise of greater than 0.5 m. That was the 1929 Grand Banks earthquake. A 0.68 m runup was observed in NJ. That small tsunami was due to a 7.3 magnitude earthquake which caused an underwater landslide. [Quite a different mechanism than the Pacific tsunamis.] The scientific brilliance of Wiles is astounding.
