Consciousness & Living Peace

The “Consciousness and Living Peace” class takes us beyond the predictable realities of everyday life which keep us living in separation and division. It uses Sufi practices and insights to open our awareness beyond self-judgment and limiting beliefs to the deeper, more intimate worlds of the heart, soul and divine unity, where peace is a living reality, healing and transforming relationships, families, and communities.

Dr. John Abd al-Qadir Davies co-leads the Masters in Peacemaking program at the USHS, For 25 years he has also co-directed the peace building program at the University of Maryland’s Center for International Development and Conflict Management.

Having led peace initiatives in over 30 countries, and conducted ground breaking research on the impact of spiritual practices on consciousness and peace at all levels of society, he devotes his energy now to creating peace at home, a much overlooked foundation for a peaceful world. His work with transformative mediation, reconciliation and practices for opening consciousness helps people, families and groups move through difficult times to a renewed capacity for living love, peace and freedom. He is truly a divine jewel among us.

We hope you find this class valuable. It is one of a “Best of” series of teleclass replays being released this season. To receive links to all of the programs in this series, click here to register.
