Three N.T. Wright Conferences in Melbourne this Coming July!

N.T. Wright, Professor of New Testament and Christian Origins at St. Andrews University and former Bishop of Durham, will be in Melbourne in July and will be speaking at three conference events:

1. Jesus, Paul, and the Mission of God’s People. Tuesday, 16 July.  This event will focus on how Christians resource the teachings of Jesus and Paul for contemporary mission. Also featuring Michael Bird, Brian Rosner, and Wei-Han Kuan. Sponsored by Ridley Melbourne.

2. Paul and the Faithfulness of God. Wednesday, 17 July. This event will focus on discussing parts of Wright’s forthcoming book “Paul and the Faithfulness of God” with responses from Sean Winter, David Starling, and Michael Bird. Sponsored by the Center for Theology and Ministry and Ridley Melbourne.

3. Wisdom’s Feast. Friday-Monday, 19-22 July (Fri-Sat for NTW). This is a Uniting Church of Australia event held by the Center for Theology and Ministry.

Interstate visitors are welcome. There is plenty of accommodation available in Melbourne, lots of great restaurants and sites to see and enjoy.
