Embedding Archive Books: Trying It Out With Ignatius

I was glancing at some older editions of the Letters of Ignatius on Archive.org, trying to find out what the earliest extant manuscript is as well as the earliest clear citation. I discovered in the process that one can embed books from the Internet Archive much as one can embed books from Google Books. So here’s an attempt to see how this works:

What I really want to know is whether older books in pdf format on the Internet Archive, with characters in languages like Mandaic, Syriac, Aramaic and Greek, will display properly on a Kindle. Has anyone read books from Archive.org on a Kindle? If so, please do share your experience (I ask this because I’ve had books from this source fail to display on a Pocket PC).

Excellent! The Internet Archive has lots of great books, but their software for viewing these books has always been rather antiquated. So, it's good to see them adding features like this to make their material more accessible!
