Viva La Library with Arabic Subtitles!

So, the information literacy song I made,  “Viva La Library,” has been subtitled with Arabic subtitles by the Media & Information Literacy Programme in Qatar.

My spoken Arabic is minimal and my reading ability weaker still. And so thoughts on the translation would be appreciated from readers who are proficient in Arabic!

Below is the original without the subtitles, which  I made back at the start of the summer. It seems like such a long time ago! Who knew it would take off the way it did?

And here’s a link to the entire information literacy trilogy.

Wow I know perhaps four words in Arabic!
But a good colleague and friend of mine is Palestinian and I hope he will keep improving my very poor vocabulary.

I find comparisons with Hebrew and Aramaic fascinating, it’s a pity there is so much hatred between these people in spite of their common origin.

    Lovely greetings from Europe.
