Immigration Reform 2.0: I Want to Believe

When it comes to immigration reform, I want to believe. I really do. I want to believe that the latest efforts at immigration reform -- call it immigration reform 2.0 -- will actually do something to help the 5 million children trapped in limbo within our society.
