A couple of discrepancies: Lords of Dogtown and C.R.A.Z.Y. were #8 and #10 on the Canadian chart, respectively (the former film was #12 on the North American chart, and the latter film isn’t listed at all), while The Honeymooners and High Tension were #8 and #10 on the North American chart, respectively.
