I think the jury is still out. I cannot say if Stallone is saved or not. It will be interesting to see what kind of movies he makes in the future. First Corinthians 13 says love hopes all things, so I am going to hope the report is true

I am not sure. I have heard this posted in Facebook but in this day and age, well meaning but deceived Christians use Photoshop to make claims that are not really true. So I guess we have to wait to hear from Sly directly. It would be an awesome thing if it were true. Everyone needs the Lord, especially Hollywood! Blessings…….Margi Spencer

It’s hard to answer. That quote is from this article. It doesn’t say when it was written. Probably sometime in 2006 around the launch of Rocky Balboa.

This article also seems to support this.

In this video he talks about his faith at the 3:54 mark.

But here, it says that in 2010, he says he is spiritual and doesn’t believe in heaven.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

I don’t know too much about Stallone, but I do know this about the last Rambo movie which he acted in, directed and co-wrote…

“The film is about a former United States Army Special Forces soldier, John Rambo, who is hired by a church pastor to help rescue a group of missionaries who were kidnapped by men from a brutal Burmese military regime.”
