I think we can assume that if God does exist he obviously doesn’t do ‘magic’ and make provision appear out of nowhere.

Instead of buying insurance, they are joining together in an organized network to share each others medical related financial burdens.

Is this not similar to the way the water cycle and means of pollenation help the lillies?

In a natural way, from inside the physical world itself.

Could it not be argued that God’s ‘will’ was for this to be a means of provision for some Christians?

Just as maybe the wind pollenated one lilly, while a bee pollenated another.

Doesn’t buying insurance fundamentally contradict Christians’ insistence that they’re in “god’s perfect will”? Where’s the consistency – do they really believe it, or not?
