Soledad many times. It's a spectacular view of San Diego, La Jolla and some of the pacific ocean. The cross doesn't need to be there. I went in 10/01 to Mt. Soledad and there was a old veteran selling spaces on a monument for other veterans. At the time I wasn't vocal about my atheism like I am now so I didn't say anything but I don't understand why a religious symbol is on public property.
