Secular Student Alliance

You know you have been wanting to give money to a good cause all holiday season. So before the year ends, consider giving a donation to the Secular Student Alliance! The SSA is the only democratic, national organization catering to atheist/agnostic/Humanist college students across the country.

And the SSA’s budget is only a fraction of the $400,000,000 that Campus Crusade for Christ receives annually. (And by fraction, I mean one of those fractions with exponents in the denominator.)

Full disclosure: I am the chair of the SSA’s board of directors.

That said, your money would be greatly appreciated by secular students across the country as well as those of us directly working with the SSA.

We help students bring speakers to their schools and offer them travel grants to attend secular conferences, among our many services. Our staff has assisted in the creation and maintenance of over 70 sustainable affiliates in 10 countries.

In addition, I’ll soon be writing more on this site about the SSA’s upcoming conference at Harvard University, in conjunction with the Humanist Chaplaincy over there.

If you’d like to give any amount, we would appreciate your generosity.

Donations can be made here.

We are a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit and all donations to the SSA are tax deductible.

And if you still have money to spare, you can help Benny Hinn purchase a jet.
