Center For Inquiry Student Leadership Conference 2007

The Center For Inquiry is hosting their Student Leadership Conference this summer from June 15-17 at CFI’s headquarters in Amherst, NY (near Buffalo). If you’re a secular college student, a leader in a secular organization, or would like to start a group up on your campus, you are encouraged to attend.

Registration, food, and lodging all come included in the $35 fee!

Still concerned about the price of the plane ticket to Amherst? (Or, perhaps even worse, the soaring gas prices if you plan to drive?) Travel grants are available! Don’t let the money stop you from attending.

To register for the event and to apply for a travel grant, just fill out the application (PDF).

More information on the conference will eventually be found here.

And if you have any other questions, feel free to contact Lauren Becker.

Some additional alternatives: Amtrak and Greyhound, both of which go to Buffalo, NY. Amtrak has 4 trains per day to New York City, and 1 train per day to Chicago, so it might be a convenient alternative for some of you. That train and bus are only as fast as a car, however.
