Even as a child I never did like such games. I was so thankful my grandmother did not push that Bible board game she had on me after the first time we played it. I found it absolutely BORING! She loved it though. Now Uno, we had great times with that game, as well as Sorry and alike games. They were fun and we had great times with those games even after I was grown.

Okay, I just read it… Am I the only one who thinks that it doesn’t really “communicate the same meaning” when read backwards?

When I read anything in the Bible it makes exactly the same amount of sense forwards or backwards.

(which judging by the picture below, looks remarkably like Monopoly…).

Is there a "Get out of Hell Free" card? If I build four cathedrals on Vatican Avenue and another disciple lands on it do I get all of his sheckles? Is the Pennsylvania Railroad renamed the Soul Train? Are the "Chance" cards called "Will of God" cards? If I buy the Water Works can I change it into a winery? Is the "Go" square called "In the Beginning?" If I gain the whole board, what profit me if I lose my own soul?

Is the player who acts as the banker called the Church?

I can't quite get why they are impressed by something reading similarly backward and forward in verse format... or why they obviously think it's unique in the world or a sign of divine perfection.

Someone show them a palandrome... the unmistakable Hand of God!

A man, a plan, a canal: Panama!

Behold, I am a GOD!

Like I said before: Just plain crazy people.

Essentially, they say that 1 John in the Bible was written so that it could be read in reverse (by verse) and still communicate the same meaning as when it’s read forward.
