Interview Questions for Matthew Chapman

As the Atheist Alliance International conference draws closer, I will be interviewing a number of the speakers/presenters for this website and elsewhere.

One interview will be conducted with Matthew Chapman.

Chapman is the great-great grandson of Charles Darwin.

He is the author of Trials of the Monkey, an autobiographical book which discusses how Americans’ views on evolution/religion/science have changed since the Scopes Monkey Trial in 1925. More recently, he wrote 40 Days and 40 Nights about the Kitzmiller v. Dover Intelligent Design trial.

Beyond his connection to and passion for evolution, Chapman is also a Hollywood screenwriter. He co-wrote the screenplay for Runaway Jury and wrote the script for Consenting Adults which starred Kevin Spacey and Forest Whitaker.

If you have any questions for Chapman, please leave them in the comments!
