I mean, I'm all for corporations being held accountable for what they say or do, but do we need a lawsuit worth so much to take care of this? I think it is frivolous only because of the obscene amount he’s asking for. I mean, I’m all for corporations being held accountable for what they say or do, but do we need a lawsuit worth so much to take care of this?

And yes, it’s class action, so he wouldn’t be the only one getting a piece of the money. But I’m not sure how many people would (could?) join in on this… who keeps old Snapple receipts, even if they were from grocery store visits?

I’ll agree in principle. But let’s recall that HFCS is a fancy name for sugar. Are people really shocked to realize that a beverage contains sugar? Were they really operating under the false assumption that it didn’t?

Honestly, his case has no chance. The phrase “all natural” means essentially nothing and the side of the bottle listed all the ingredients.
