Just for anyone who might wonder, TC, I went to look for the citation from the report, that is right here on this site:

"The ride was first registered in Wisconsin in 2003. An inspection was conducted in August 2003 and corrective orders issued. In August 2004, Commerce re-inspected the ride, found that the orders had been complied with, and approved the ride for operation. The ride was registered in 2005. This ride was not registered in 2006, and therefore was not in the State of Wisconsin and not available for or subject to inspection. The ride was registered in 2007. Lifest was its first scheduled event. It was scheduled for an inspection on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at its second and final event in Twin Lakes."

Funny enough, that's what BadgerBugler was saying all along, yet you attack the veracity of such claims by attacking me over something so minor, even if true, with nothing to do with the death and injuries. Sounds like the tactics of Satan himself, smoke and mirrors like you are blowing, that is!

Yet after all this, and your late attacks, you admit that you rode Air Glory in 2006.

And yet there it is, right in the Commerce report, that AIR GLORY was not in Wisconsin in 2006!

So who's telling the truth, BadgerBugler and you, or Lifest and the Commerce Department.

One can, then, only conclude that TC is, along with his arch-nemeses Badger Bugler and ol' KP, the Critter he attacks, the liar!

Liar, liar, pants on fire, can't get over the Air Glory wire.

God only knows what's going on here, but I do remember wondering a time or two when the Lifest leaders would keep their promises and provide the free meals and breaks we were to get when working extended shifts. Funny enough, they usually broke those promises, too. I'll let it off to grace in that have were woefully understaffed and entirely unprepared to do their due diligence in protecting the people who attended, and with gathering security people around to give them the big skinny (via Stan Alt) on just what we would all be required to do in order to facilitate deadly moshing at The Edge Stage), and were -- in the persons of Bob Lenz and Stan Alt themselves -- more concerned with getting their friends back stage without passes or admissions of any sort (one of the reasons Bob Lenz eventually, according to the recipient himself, read Stan Alt the riot act for breaking security procedures (what was good for Bob goose was not OK for Stan Gander, I Guess) and poor Stan walked around pouting for the rest of his days ever after. My dear Lord, these people -- all of them -- are so amazing, majoring in the minors, as they do, and minoring in the majors. A girl is dead and dozens more were hurt and you write lies and worry about a meal or two that were promised, needed and undelivered. They are amazing, so amazing... Then again, it's always the tack of the guilty to turn attention to those who tried to stop something, and those who speak the truth. No wonder the truth is so hard to find! Even alleged Christians like TC are more concerned with extraneous crap than the truth of all the surrounded the death of one of his/her presumed sisters in Christ. I'm laughing at your vain and mailicous attempt to change attention from the death of Elizabeth Mohl and Lifest's liability for that death. I know God isn't remotely impressed with me and/or anything I've done anywhere, including in Russia. I'm sure, however, that He and the rest of the world are now quite and immeasurably impressed with you... OOPS, gotta go...that free Lifest meal just showed up at my door. Well, Lord, better late than never, eh?!

Kris Potts

OH, one more thing before I answer the door for the bag of potato chips and bottle of warm water, TC... didn't you write just up there a little bit that Air Glory was at Lifest in 2006 and that you rode on it? Hmmmm... Funny, though, that your claim contradicts the Department of Commerce. Who's telling the truth, then TC? (Are you that handsome and debonair TC that works with Thomas Magnum, P.I.?) I'm sure Clare, up there, is glad you were "there to experience it." Then again, so was I. Wonder who's telling the truth? The camera coverage does not lie! Nor do I. Coming to a court room near you very soon...

Hey I know that there are a ton of different views on all of this, but I would like to say, that when they stated the rides resumed after 2 hours... They meant all the other ones, with the exception of Air Glory, that was shut down for the rest of the event. I think the only other rides there were inflatable toys, and than stuff like volleyball, basketball, the skate park, etc. And when you stated that christians will have the view of " It was God's time to take her" or " you never know when God will take a life.", not all christians are entirely like that. I do agree that the ride broke due a human biengs mistake, but eveything thing happens for a reason. Maybe not because God had wanted to take her at that moment, but Im sure that her dying had a much larger meaning behind it.
I went to lifest this year, bieng my first time, and I was right there when it happened. I really thought that, regardless of it being a christian festival, there was still going to be ppl who would steal and vandalize things there. But I was surprised that no matter how wierd and bad some of these ppl looked, you could still leave your cell phone and charger in the bathroom and not get it stolen. That surprised me alot, considering there were like 18,000 ppl there. When we were all in prayer circles and praying for this girl and her family, at first I thought wow I do no take my religion that serious. I mean I went to a christian school and went to church every wed. and fri. But our family in general was never the type to go to church every sunday and pray before every meal and before you go to bed. But after this event, I relized alot of things. So I guess what Im saying is ..everyone is not going to be a perfect chritian, and there will always be ppl who will disagree and make us all sound looney, but al I can say is, if you really have the need to say all that crap about this whole event and what everyone said, than you have to have been there to expierience it.

Very interesting reading ie...Badger Bugler. Having been there I find his importance somewhat exagerated. He sounds like he was the tireless security worker seeking to make the world a better place, when in fact he spent more time wondering when his free meal was ready, and telling us how he ran Billy Grahams Crusade in the USSR. Sooo much hate and so little time.
