Jennifer is going to participate in a Blogathon next Saturday. She will be blogging for 24 hours straight, posting something new every 30 minutes.
The purpose of the Blogathon is to raise money for a non-profit cause of the blogger’s choosing, and Jennifer has decided that all the money she earns will be donated to the Secular Student Alliance! (Which is unbelievably generous of her; the SSA can certainly use the support.)
If you’re willing to help out, consider supporting her (and the SSA) and making a pledge — donations can be made in a lump sum or by the hour.
One down side is that you have to register on the site, but it’s quick and easy. I did it in about 20 seconds.
You don’t have to give the money immediately, either; you’re just making a promise for now.
I pledged $20. (If you don’t give at least that much, you’re not really a man. Um… that goes for you too, ladies.)
If you’d like to sign up to do the Blogathon yourself, you can do so here. Please consider making SSA your beneficiary!
