I am engaged to be married and both my fiance and I are atheists living in London, England.
We really want to do some kind of marriage preparation course, but can’t afford the fees for the only secular course we can find and we would feel such hypocrites attending the (free or very cheap) marriage preparation courses run by any of our local churches. (One of them advertises as “open to non-Christians” but then says that they focus on making Jesus Christ the centre of your marriage… no thanks!)Do you know of any secular alternatives to the church-run marriage prep courses? Or any decent workbooks we can buy that aren’t based on Christianity?
