Speaking at the University of Alabama This Friday

What better way to spend Good Friday than with a group of heathens?

I’ll be giving a talk Friday night at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa for the Alabama Atheists and Agnostics.

The event takes place in Ferguson Student Center, Room 360, from 6:30p – 7:45p. It’s free of charge and a goat may be sacrificed. Hope to see you there!

I think I’m ok! Thank you, though :)

Any chance you have time to swing down to Auburn this trip? We always have a place for you to stay and 4 groups for you to speak to LOL. We will be in T-town on Friday to see you, cause Duncan would have it no other way! 😉

Sorry! It’s just a day trip!

I figured that was the case when I chatted with Gordon earlier. I told Duncan he needs to touch base with you and try to get a date on the calendar for the 2012-13 school year for you to come down.

I’m looking forward to meeting you in person, see ya Friday!

We are re-branding good friday as ” better than average friday” mainly ‘cos we get the day off.

I guess with the ubiquitous use of the phrase ‘Godless heathen’ it’s changing, but the original meaning of ‘heathen’ was more along the lines of pagan.  Religion other than Biblical.
