A Hint at Richard Dawkins’ Next Book

The New York Times has the scoop on two items that might be of interest to all of you:

1) Richard Dawkins‘ next book — “the story of his intellectual evolution and his work as an atheist” — is slated to be published in the fall of 2014.

2) He’s switching publishers. His last two books, The Greatest Show on Earth (2009) and The Magic of Reality (2011), were published by Free Press. His next book, which has no title at the moment, will be put out by Ecco, an imprint of HarperCollins.

Richard Dawkins is always a darn good read I have gained so much from his books. Even though in truth I  left school without qualification at 14 1/2 . My ability to read has continued a much needed education.

Harper Collins – owned by News International Owned by Rupert Murdoch.

Dawkins has basically said in the past you cannot trust what you read in a Murdoch Newspaper.

Pity an author of his repute  could not have found another publisher.
