My Skepticon 5 Talk About Young Atheists is Now Online

At Skepticon 5, I gave a talk about many of the topics I discuss in The Young Atheist’s Survival Guide. I shared the stories that touched me the most as I was writing it and I hope they motivate you to take action:

If you think it’s worth it, please comment/like the video and share it with any secular students you know.

Great Video!  Tried to come out to my wifes minister. He knew what was coming so he wouldn’t talk to me.  He and I talk alot about politics but never religion. very funny.

Concerning Gideons at about 23 min, wanting to hand out bibles to kids coming out of school…

If it’s illegal to collect information on the internet from kids under 13, it should also be illegal to approach them on the street with anything.

Wow this is a very encouraging videos.  I am an atheist in the closet at work and with other family members, and it does encourage to be more open about my non-religion.  It is very inspiring and encouraging.
