This is definitely the happiest I’ve ever seen Mr Tarte. Merry Xmas everyone :)

At YouTube, search edward tarte zip a dee doo dah. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

  • Coyotenose

Wow! I work in retail, so I hear every Christmas song in every version from the past 60+ years. Your piano renditions are far more pleasurable to my ears than any of them.

  • Bob Carlson

The old standards you played bring back back memories of them on 78 rpm records, and I am also reminded of the fun recordings of Yogi Yorgesson like Yingle Bells and I Yust Go Nuts at Christmas.  For my father, who was the son of Swedish immigrants, the Yorgesson recordings were special because they reminded him of his childhood and the way his parents and their Swedish neighbors had talked.

  • NAY

Strongly agree with Coyotenose on this one.  If you’d make a CD of the full versions of these tunes, I’d buy it!

NAY, I have responded to your suggestion, in a way.  To see how, you can go to Facebook, Edward C Tarte, and listen to my video, “ETarte offers his first Piano Audio Collection”.
