You saw Part One and Part Two. Now, Dusty continues his epic summary of History Channel’s “The Bible” by tackling episodes 5 and 6 (with tons of NSFW language):

Dusty is frigging awesome! Wish I had him for a friend.
The Histroy Channel??? They should change their name to the “Literary Fiction Channel”
The fall of the History Channel as a network is rather sad and fascinating to me, it’s like gawking at a slow car wreck on the road.
The Bible, was nothing but a badly produced awful piece of christian sunday school propaganda not even masquerading as an educational vehicle. Contrast that with how the History Channel treated the bible just a few years ago with a really great series they did as a spinoff of Ancient Battles where they analyzed Exodus but from a historical military perspective only (like you would do with the Iliad) ignoring all the superstition. It was really fascinating and educational. But now we get this crap.
Also the HIstory Channel kinda jumped the shark with me when they aired the show Future Disasters…. Future Disasters, on the fucking History Channel!!!!???
And of course this, which marks the end of any attempt at educational or historical content: http://www.history.com/shows/ancient-aliens
Talk about a crock of sh*t, this series is the worst. Oh, and those damn glorification prison shows, yuck!

First rule of the Internet: ALWAYS click random links posted by people who say nothing related to the original post. Always. It’s related to Pascal’s wager: If you click, you might be visitor number 100,000 and win a car. If you don’t click, no car. You have nothing to lose!
And if you like viruses, then it’s a win-win situation no matter what!
But the car is totally worth getting a virus. And I just know I’m gonna get this car.
I would have switched off that over the top commentary after a few seconds, but just for fun I thought I’d see how long it took before he started calling everyone “dude”.
I’m not a fan of Dusty’s shtick, but it really is perfect for reviews of the Bible miniseries.
He makes a lot of good points. Unfortunately, I can’t watch very much of his videos as I find him unbearably annoying. I’m not fond of being shouted at for several minutes, even if I mostly agree with what’s being shouted at me.
Yeah, I can see that. Dusty is a mad little efer. But coming from his little small town, you can understand why.
new to me, and totally hilarious. “and the next thing you know…” that should be in the bible.
Yes, he’s annoying, but it’s worth it to stick around to the end! Now excuse me while I go check my bible for missing pages…..
Dusty is the best reviewer of this kind of movie. I hope he is as good with other kinds of movies. I like his use of language and style. The only shorter presentation of the Jesus myth, which I may have previously mentioned, is MAD TV’s “Terminator 3: The Greatest Action Story ever told”.
Thank you for this piece of satire. This was awesome! I almost fell out of my chair laughing!
Thanks for the positive feedback. You should also look up on YT George Carlin on Mad TV “Touched by an Atheist”. Be sure to go through to the end credits. I don’t post a link because it changes sometimes.
OK, clearly we need a new channel that actually shows historical programming. I am at a loss as to what the name should be. Maybe a twitter style “The real history channel”?
