In Most Major Cities, Tonight’s Cosmos Will Feature Pro-Atheism Commercial Starring Ron Reagan

During tonight’s finale of Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, most major cities will get to see the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s commercial featuring Ron Reagan (the former president’s son) speaking about how he’s an atheist and why you should support FFRF:

Hi, I’m Ron Reagan, an unabashed atheist, and I’m alarmed by the intrusions of religion into our secular government. That’s why I’m asking you to support the Freedom From Religion Foundation, the nation’s largest and most effective association of atheists and agnostics working to keep state and church separate, just like our Founding Fathers intended.

Please support the Freedom From Religion Foundation.

Ron Reagan. Lifelong atheist. Not afraid of burning in hell.

The commercial won’t be seen nationally because it’s an advocacy ad, but you can bet it’ll get some buzz tonight on Twitter after it airs in cities like Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Boston.
