Josh Duggar May Be Sued by Non-Family Molestation Victim

When we first learned about how Josh Duggar (below) molested several girls when he was younger, it came out that four of the girls were his sisters. One was not.

That non-Duggar victim may now be filing a civil lawsuit against Josh.

InTouch Magazine, which first broke the scandal, reports on what may be coming down the pipeline:

The shocking development means that Josh and his parents Jim Bob and Michelle could be forced to give depositions and testify about Josh’s molestation scandal. The Duggars likely will have to answer every question as they will not be able to invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because the criminal statute of limitations has expired.

The Duggars will face questions about how many years it took them to get Josh and his victims counseling, what type of safeguards they put in place in 2002 after first being alerted to Josh molesting female minors. “All the church elders who knew about this will have to be named,” a source tells In Touch.

In other words, it won’t be a sympathetic Fox News Channel-type interview. Maybe the truth can finally come out as to the nature of the “help” Josh received and what his family did to keep this abuse under wraps.

Isn’t it about time for TLC to cancel this show once and for all? They still haven’t pulled the plug entirely.
