A Revised and Expanded Edition of Richard Dawkins’ Brilliant Book The Ancestor’s Tale is Out Today

I’ve said this before, but my favorite Richard Dawkins book is The Ancestor’s Tale. It was the first Dawkins book I ever picked up and the one that really introduced me to how evolution works. I thought I had a decent understanding of the theory from classes I had taken, but the book expanded my knowledge of the topic and made me want to learn even more. It’s a really lengthy book and I wished it was longer.

Well, that’s finally happening. More than a decade after it was first published, today marks the release of a revised and expanded edition of the book, co-authored with Yan Wong:

If you haven’t read it before, treat yourself. Get a copy. It’s definitely worth your time. The revised edition is out in paperback and on Kindle.
