Georgia State Rep. Scott Holcomb tells the unbelievable story of what he had to go through to pass a common sense bill requiring a huge backlog of rape kits to be examined. Republican State Sen. Renee Unterman tried to block his efforts — as did a long-winded priest, inadvertently — but other Republicans found a way to back him up.
