This is the Saddest Planned Parenthood Protest I’ve Ever Seen

Well, it happened. Pastor Greg Locke took all those thank you notes Planned Parenthood sent him because you made donations in his name, went to their offices in Washington, D.C., and emptied those letters in a couple of recycling bins outside the building because he wasn’t allowed to go inside and cause a scene.

THAT’LL SHOW THEM!

Some people protest by setting themselves on fire. Others protest by organizing large nationwide marches to raise awareness of an issue. Greg Locke protests by buying a plane ticket, staying at a hotel, then dumping the contents of a suitcase into a couple of recycling bins. #Courage.

Even Locke referred to the protest as “anti-climactic” at one point… which defeats my theory that he’s lacks all self-awareness.

He even referenced the video I posted earlier. So we’re getting to him. Excellent.

I’m not really complaining about his actions today. Better to see a pathetic protest outside Planned Parenthood than a disruptive one.

But since Locke won’t have any more thank you cards waiting for him at home, now’s a good time to make another donation to the organization in his name.

Because if Locke wants to keep spreading lies about abortion and Planned Parenthood, and if he wants his congregation to push for legislation that creates obstacles for women who need comprehensive health care, then this is a simple way to make a positive difference.

1) Just click here: http://bit.ly/GregLocke

2) Make the donation of your choice ($5 minimum).

3) Click on the box that says “Yes, my gift is in honor or in memory of someone special.”

4) Make your gift in the name of:

Pastor Greg Locke
2060 Old Lebanon Dirt Rd.
Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

(Or, you know, forget about Locke and just make a donation on your own. That works, too.)

Women should be able to make decisions about their own health care needs without a Christian pastor standing in between them and their doctors.
