How fast they grow

This is Natalie, whose parents took a picture of her every day of her life, then animated the photos so as to show her reaching 10 years old in 1 minute 25 seconds.

That was really neat! I loved seeing all the hairstyles through the years.

As a parent with young kids, my brain just exploded. That is five kinds of disturbing. And neat, at the same time.

I do love how her expression changes into sort of “This again? Seriously?” as she ages.

I was impressed that they had the foresight and perseverance to put that white sweater on her for so many days just to take these photos. Though the perseverance started to wear off in the later years with the sweater, they still managed to get through all ten years. Well done!

I’m curious if a) they will try to keep on doing this until she is, say, 18 and b) how much longer will she put up with a daily photo if they try?

Half as many pictures, half speed would be easier to watch.
(It would take the same time.)
But it’s quite a project, nonethe less.

I think my daughter grew up faster than this. At least it seems that way.

Very cool. It would be really neat if she did that for the rest of her life.
